Logging into the Virtual Space
Just like our attendees, you can gain access to the Virtual Space to start networking and engaging with the same great features our attendees have access to.
If this is your first time logging into the Virtual Space, simply enter your email address and create your password. If you have previously logged into an EventMobi Virtual Space, your password will be the same as before.
How do I Login If My Password Isn’t Working
Finding your booth
Event attendees will be able to access your booth directly from the left navigation, or in some cases, directly from the home screen.
Throughout the app, attendees will be able to see banners floating through the attendee, speaker, and virtual booth sections that they click to go to your website or your virtual booth.
Connecting with attendees
Our platform supports both 1:1 messaging and video meetings. Sponsor reps are linked directly within the virtual booth to make it easy for attendees to connect.

Users will also receive an email notification if they are not in the Virtual Space and receive a message from an attendee for the first time. If users happen to have the event space open when it is sent, they will not receive an email notification.
