How Do I Log In If My Password Isn't Working?

I'm an Event Organizer and I Can't Log Into My Account

If you are receiving an Incorrect Password error, or do not remember your password to log into the Experience Manager, you can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. On the login screen at experience.eventmobi.com, click "Forgot Your Password?"
  2. Enter the email address for your EventMobi account
  3. In the password reset email that you receive in your inbox, click "Create New Password"
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  5. Once you have confirmed your new password, you can go back to the login screen and enter your new information to log in

Note: The password that you set to log into the Experience Manager will also be used to log into the Event Space. Changing your password will result in changing the password you will need to use to log into your event as well. 


I'm an Event App User and I Can't Log Into The App

It is important to note that the password associated to your email address will carry over to any EventMobi apps you use in the future. If you are receiving an Incorrect Password error, or do not remember your password to log into the app, you can reset your password in the following steps:

  1. On the login screen or menu, click "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your email and click Send.
  3. In the password email that you receive in your inbox, click "Create New Password"
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  5. Once you have confirmed your new password, you can go back to the login screen in the app and enter your new information to log in.

Note: When creating a new password, you need to meet our requirements.
The new password must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special character in it.
