Getting Started with EventMobi Integration Hub

Welcome to the EventMobi Integration Hub — the easiest way to connect EventMobi with your Event and Registration tools and automate your workflows. With EventMobi Integration Hub, you can synchronize data, trigger actions, and eliminate manual work — all from a single, intuitive platform built right into your EventMobi Experience.

What is EventMobi Integration Hub?

The Integration Hub is your centralized platform to connect EventMobi with other software and services you use every day.
Whether you need to sync event registrants from a marketing platform, send attendee data to a CRM, or automate badge printing, the Integration Hub lets you create seamless connections without writing code.

⚙️ How to Set an Integration

Setting up an integration in the EventMobi Integration Hub is simple and takes only a few minutes.

  1. Choose a Platform
    From your EventMobi dashboard, open the Integration Hub and select one of the platforms available to connect with EventMobi — such as Cvent, RegFox, WildApricot, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, or Gmail.

  2. Follow the Steps
    Each platform will guide you through a short setup process.

    • Connect your account securely

    • Select a Trigger (the event that starts the automation)

    • Choose an Action (what happens next)

    • Map the fields between the two platforms if required

  3. Click Finish — and You’re Done!
    Once setup is complete, click Finish to activate your integration.
    Your automation will start running immediately according to the trigger conditions you defined.

🛑 How to Stop an Integration

You can pause or stop any integration in the EventMobi Integration Hub at any time — without losing your settings or connections.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Integration Hub
    From your EventMobi dashboard, go to the Integration Hub section.

  2. Locate Your Active Integration
    Find the integration you want to stop under My Integrations.
    You’ll see its current status (Active or Paused).

  3. Choose an Option:

    • Pause – Temporarily stop the automation. You can resume it later, and your configuration will remain saved.

    • Delete – Permanently remove the integration. You’ll need to set it up again if you want to reconnect later.

  4. Confirm Your Choice
    If prompted, confirm that you want to pause or delete the integration.
    The change takes effect immediately.

🔍 Tip

If you’re troubleshooting or making updates to your connected apps (like changing credentials or field mappings), it’s best to pause the integration first, make your adjustments, then reactivate it once ready.


To Reactivate a Paused Integration

  1. Return to My Integrations.

  2. Find the paused integration.

  3. Click Activate.
    Your automation will resume right where it left off.
