Ensuring your event complies with GDPR regulations starts with outlining the Privacy Policy that will apply to your attendees. To set this up for your registration site, follow the steps outlined below.
Enabling the Privacy Policy for your Registration Site
- Visit the Form page found under the Registration area of the EventMobi Registration platform
- Click on Add Field and select Consent Checkbox
- Enter a Label name and edit the text of your Privacy Policy as needed using the rich text editor
Displaying the Privacy Policy from your Registration Site
When registering for your event, attendees will see the Privacy Policy displayed from the My Information step. Before they can continue in the registration process, the checkbox to acknowledge the Privacy Policy will need to be selected.
