Segments

Segments allow you to create a customized attendee reporting template tailored to your needs. With this feature, you can apply specific filters or conditions to highlight particular attendee data, enabling more precise analysis and reporting. You can also save these customized reports for future use, ensuring quick access to the data that matters most.

To see this feature, navigate to Events > General > Segments

 

💡 NOTE: Created report/s can be exported via Attendees tab.

 

 

To create customized report, just click the + New segment  button then apply a specific filter/trigger you want to pull up. Once done, input your preferred Segment Name then click Save

 

The Preview will also be visible the moment you set the condition.

 

By clicking the 3 dots beside the Segment Name, we can edit, duplicate or delete it

 

If you want to download your created segment, go to Events > General > Attendees, click the Filter button

 

You should see a box labeled as Segment and will allow you to pick your preferred segment.

 

Once chosen, click the Import/Export  icon then select Excel. Select your preferred columns then Export it.
