How Long Can My Event Duration Be?

Your event duration can be up to 7 days, unless you have selected a 365 package to offer year round access to your attendees. 

While activating your event in Experience, a start and end date will be required. These dates will need to reflect the actual dates of the event (i.e. you will not need to include your launch date in this date range), and cannot exceed 7 days in total. 

While building your event, it is also important to note that any agenda items added to the Sessions library will need to be saved within the date range of the event itself. Adding in a date that begins or ends after the event duration will prevent the session from saving.
