Update Your Profile Image From The Attendee Portal
The Attendee Portal is a central area where you'll have access to update and manage your profile details for an event. The Attendee Portal will be made available to you by the event organizer when they would like to you to update your details for the attendee profile of the Event App.
How To Access The Attendee Portal
An email invitation will be sent to you when the event organizer has given you access to your profile link to make edits. From this invitation, you'll be redirected to the Attendee Portal where you can find details about the event, your digital badge, and where you can make changes to your profile, including your profile image.
How To Update Your Profile Image
Select the My Profile button from the Overview page or from the lefthand menu of the Attendee Portal.
Click the Edit icon on the default profile icon, and select Upload. Select your image file and then Save Changes.
Note: Profile images must be in one of the following file types and a maximum file size of 24 MB. Supported file types: *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png, *.bmp and *.webp
Update Your Profile Image From The Event App
Your profile details can be edited and managed from the Event App, using the right-hand menu.
How To Access Your Profile
After logging into the Event App, you can select the profile icon at the top right hand side. From the dropdown, menu that appears select the Edit Profile option.
How To Update Your Profile Image
On the page that loads, select the Edit icon on the default profile image and click on Upload New Profile Image.
