The Overview page offers a centralized snapshot of your event’s current setup and performance. It serves as the homepage of your Experience Manager and provides easy access to essential metrics, team management, and helpful onboarding resources.

1. Dashboard Overview
The Overview Dashboard is the new default start screen when entering the Experience Manager for any event. It provides a real-time snapshot of your event’s key metrics—all in one place. Whether you're tracking attendee engagement, session counts, or sponsor activity, these visual widgets help you stay informed and take action quickly.
Key Highlights:
- Customizable Widgets: Personalize the dashboard layout for your event. The selected widgets and their order will apply to all users with access to the event, ensuring a consistent view for your entire team.
- Real-Time Insights: Instantly see attendance, logins, check-ins, speakers, sessions, and more.
- Quick Navigation: Click any widget to jump directly to detailed reports or libraries.
2. Event Summary
At the top of the page, you'll find the event title, date, and location details. A countdown displays how many days remain until the event begins. This section also notes when attendee access to the Event App expires.
3. Key Metrics Dashboard
The metric widgets provide a real-time overview of event engagement and setup progress. In total there are 9 widgets available to be displayed in your personal overview dashboard.
Available Widgets:

People Displays the total number of user profiles created in your event. This includes all attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, or any other role. |

Registered Attendees Shows the number of people profiles with a registration status set to "Registered". |

Checked-in Attendees Tracks how many attendees have checked in onsite using the EventMobi Onsite App during the event dates, including 3 days before and after. |

Logged-in Attendees Reflects the number of users who have logged into the Event App during the event dates ± 3 days. |

Speakers Shows the total number of speaker profiles assigned to at least one session. |

Sessions Displays the total number of sessions added to your event. |

Companies Shows the number of companies added, such as sponsors, exhibitors, or partners. |

Gamification Participation Tracks the number of users participating in gamification challenges (e.g., earning points, completing activities). |

Total Leads Captured Displays the number of leads collected through EventMobi’s Lead Capture App across all companies using it. |
Tip: Use the “Refresh Widgets” option to update the displayed data in real time.
Edit Widgets:
You can customize which metrics appear on your Overview page:
- Click Edit Widgets in the top right of the dashboard.
- Use the green checkmarks to select or deselect widgets.
- Drag and drop widgets to reorder them.
- Click Save Widgets when you're done.
You must have at least three widgets selected to proceed.
Unavailable Widgets:
If a feature is not enabled in your event setup, the corresponding widget will display "Unavailable".
For example, if Lead Capture is not active for your event, the Total Leads Captured widget will appear greyed out with an "Unavailable" label, as shown below:
4. Your Team
This section lists all organizers with access to the Experience Manager. It includes:

To update this list, select Manage your organizers here to add, remove, or edit team member roles.
