Documents to host Images in your Event Space

One great use case for the documents library is uploading the images you would like to link in the descriptions of different areas of your event space.

All you will need to host and upload your image is:

• Image supported by the formats in our documents library
• Rich text editor found in various description fields of your libraries

1. Upload the image to your documents library and leave it ungrouped.
2. Once the image is uploaded, you will then hover over the download button and right click to select "Copy Link Address"
3. Now that you have the URL, you can paste it into any rich text editor found in the event space!
