Removing The Add To Your Schedule Option
If you don’t want your attendees to have the option of adding or removing sessions from their personal agendas, then you will want to visit the Event Space Settings on the left menu in the Experience Manager. Deselecting the checkbox for the Allow attendees to manage their own schedules will act in removing the option to add and remove sessions, while still allowing users to view the session details within the Event Space.
Removing the Tweet About Session Option
The Tweet About Session button can also be removed from the Event Space Settings. Deselecting the checkbox for the Allow attendees to tweet from session will remove the button under More Actions in session details that allowed users to post to Twitter.
