While we strive to make our product as intuitive as possible, we know that product questions are bound to arise! Our Customer Support team runs from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST from Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST on Saturday and Sundays to support you via phone, email or chat.

How do I access my Experience Manager?

Your Experience Manager can be accessed at any time by visiting

Before logging in, you will want to make sure that your username has been activated - this should have been done during the Success call that you had with our Event Success team.
