While we strive to make our product as intuitive as possible, we know that product questions are bound to arise! Our Customer Support team runs 24/5 and even on weekends to make sure you are supported throughout the entire building process for your event technology. You can reach us by phone, email or chat 24 hours Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST on weekends. 

How do I get in touch with you?

Within your Experience Manager you will find a Contact Us button that will offer you the following contact information:

  • Phone number: 1-888-296-8415 extension 2
  • Email Address: support@eventmobi.com
  • Chat: Available to start directly from the Contact Us area

How do I access my Experience Manager?

Your Experience Manager can be accessed at any time by visiting experience.eventmobi.com.

Before logging in, you will want to make sure that your username has been activated - this should have been done during the Success call that you had with our Event Success team.

If you have not yet received an invitation to create your username for login please reach out to our Support team so that we can help you get set up!
