Why Can't I Access the Chat Window in Experience?

If you are an EventMobi customer and using manage.eventmobi.com your account is using our Classic Content Manager. If this is the case, please visit support.eventmobi.com

The Contact Us section of the Experience Manager offers you the opportunity to start a live chat with a member of our Support team. If you happen to notice that a chat window is not displaying when you select this option, then make sure to check the settings of your browser! If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, then it is likely that the chat window is being blocked from displaying in the Experience Manager for you.
