I received an invitation. What do I do?


  This article is for our new Experience Manager.

If you are an EventMobi customer and using manage.eventmobi.com your account is using our Classic Content Manager. If this is the case, please visit support.eventmobi.com

If it is your first time working with Eventmobi, you may have been sent an invitation to create a login and manage your event technology. Just find the email we sent to you with the subject line "Invitation to Manage [Your Organization] Event Technology" (where [Your Organization] is the name of your organization).


Click Get Started, followed by the Accept Invite button.


You'll then be prompted to activate your account. Just fill in your information and click Activate Account.


Once you've done that, you're ready to get started!
