Setting Up an Integration: EventMobi to HubSpot
Connecting your EventMobi event to HubSpot allows you to automatically sync attendee data—including engagement metrics and registration updates—directly into your HubSpot CRM. What to Know Before You Start

Data Flow: This integration pushes data from EventMobi to HubSpot. It is typically used to create new contacts or update existing ones based on their activity within your event.

Permissions: You will need Super Admin access in HubSpot to authorize the connection and Manager access in EventMobi.

Custom Fields: If you are syncing custom registration questions from EventMobi, ensure you have created corresponding Contact Properties in HubSpot beforehand to house that data.
1. Install the Solution in Integration Hub
Log in to the Experience Manager, navigate to the Integration Hub, and locate the EventMobi → HubSpot solution. Click Install.
2. Install the Scenario:
Add or update a contact in HubSpot using attendee information from EventMobi.
3. Grant HubSpot Access to EventMobi
Click Grant Access to open the configuration screen.

Name your connection: Give it a recognizable name (e.g., "Annual Summit 2026 HubSpot").

Authenticate: A pop-up will prompt you to log in to HubSpot. Choose the correct account and click Choose Account to authorize EventMobi.
4. Configure Mapping

Map Your Fields: Default fields like First Name, Last Name, and Email are mapped automatically.

To map additional data, find the HubSpot Property in the list.

Click the dropdown and select the corresponding EventMobi Field.

Note: Always use Email Address as the unique identifier to prevent creating duplicate contacts in HubSpot.
5. Go Live
Click Start to activate your integration. The status should change to Running, and the system will begin monitoring your EventMobi People Library for changes to sync over to HubSpot.
Test Your Integration
It’s a good idea to run a quick test to ensure the data is landing in the correct HubSpot properties.

In EventMobi, go to People Library and manually add a new attendee with a unique email address.

Wait for the integration to trigger (this usually takes 1–5 minutes depending on your plan).

In HubSpot, go to Contacts.

Search for the test email address.

Verify that all mapped fields (e.g., Job Title, Company, Custom Questions) have populated correctly on the HubSpot contact record.
