Once the announcement has been sent out with the link to the Virtual Space and the event is therefore accessible for your attendees, it is recommended to change the automated confirmation email. In the new confirmation email, you can include the link

Subject: EVENT NAME | Registration Confirmation

Registration Status: Confirmed
