Manage Your Events in Your Multi-Event App

Managing your events across your organization just got easier! With the new App tab in the Experience platform, you can now efficiently view, add, and organize events in your Multi-Event App (MEA).

1. Overview

From the App tab available in your Organization Overview, you’ll see a list of all Multi-Event Apps that belong to your Experience Organization.
Selecting one of the app will show you a list of events currently included in your Multi-Event App. This gives you a clear overview of what’s live and helps ensure everything is up to date.

2. Add New Events To Your Multi-Event App

Click the green + Add Event button to include a new event in your app. You’ll be prompted to select the event from your organization’s list.

Once an event is selected from the drop-down, you can:

• Upload an event icon for easy identification (supports .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .bmp, .webp up to 24 MB)

• Upload a banner image for visual branding

• Set visibility, show/hide event dates

• Designate the event as featured to have it displayed as the first event in the list. Please note that only one event can be featured at any given time.

• Include a Registration URL to add an additional button beside "Launch App," encouraging attendees to register for the event.

3. Edit Events in your MEA

Clicking on the Edit button next to the Event listed in your Multi-Event App will allow you to change the icon and banner image, change the visibility of this event and let's you add a registration URL at any time.

4. Remove Events from MEA

To remove an event from the Multi-Event App, simply click Delete in the Action column next to the event. This only removes the event from the app—it does not delete the event itself from your organization’s platform.
