📢 Important Update: Support Hours

Important Update: Weekend Live Support Hours (Starting February 15) To ensure consistent, high-quality support, we’re adjusting our weekend coverage.
 
Standard Operating Hours (Real-Person Support)
Our team of dedicated support specialists is available around the clock during the work week. Our standard hours for live, real-person support are:
  • 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday
Weekend Support (Virtual & Limited)
On Saturdays and Sundays, our real-person support team will be offline. However, we have implemented a new system to ensure you can still find immediate assistance:
  • Virtual Support (AI) Chat: Our AI assistant will be available via chat 24 hours a day on Saturdays and Sundays to help with common issues and provide quick answers.
Any emails or phone calls received during the weekend will be logged and answered in the order they were received as soon as our live team is back online on Monday morning.
