Staying Connected During the Holiday Season
As we approach the upcoming holidays, we want to ensure you have all the information you need to get the support you deserve. To give our team time to rest and celebrate with their families, we will be implementing a few temporary changes to our standard operating hours.
Please take a moment to review our updated schedule below:
- Today’s Hours: 24 hours
- December 23: Support coverage ends at 5pm EST
- December 24 & 25: Closed
- December 26: 8am - 12am EST
- December 27 & 28: 8am- 5pm EST
- December 29: 8am - 12am EST
- December 30: 12am- 5pm EST
- December 31 & January 1, 2026: Closed
- January 2, 2026: regular support hours resume.
Standard Operating Hours
Outside of these specific holiday adjustments, our team is here for you around the clock during the work week. Our standard support hours are 24/7 from Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays and Sundays.
Communication & Resources
Please be assured that your inquiries remain a priority to us. Any emails, chats, or phone calls received during our holiday closures or outside of weekend hours will be logged in our system and responded to in the order they were received immediately upon our return.
