Staying Connected During the Holiday Season
As we head into the holiday season, we want to make sure you have everything you need to stay supported and confident in your event plans. To give our team time to rest and celebrate with their families, we’ll be making a few temporary adjustments to our standard support hours.
Please review our holiday schedule below:
- January 5-6: Support coverage ends at 5:00 p.m. EST
- January 7: 8:00 am 5:00 pm EST
- January 8-9: Support coverage ends at 5:00 p.m. EST
- January 10 onward: Regular support hours resume
Standard Operating Hours
Outside of these specific temporary adjustments, our team is available to support you around the clock during the work week. Our standard support hours are 24 hours from Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays and Sundays.
Communication & Resources
Your inquiries remain a priority. Any emails, chats, or phone calls received during our holiday closures or outside of weekend support hours will be logged and answered in the order they were received as soon as our team is back online.
