Standard Operating Hours (Live Support)

Our dedicated Support Specialists are available during the following hours (EST):

  • Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 24 hours (starting Monday at 1:00 AM)
  • Weekends (Saturday - Sunday): 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Due to planned team time off in accordance to the summer break, our Live Support coverage will be temporarily adjusted during July and August 2026. Please review the schedule below for the affected dates.  

Temporary Coverage Adjustments (July–August 2026)

The following dates will have reduced live support coverage.

August 1 No weekend coverage
August 3 No coverage from 12:00 AM–6:00 AM and 5:00 PM–12:00 AM
August 10 No coverage from 12:00 AM–6:00 AM
August 14 No coverage from 8:00 PM–8:00 AM (Aug 15)
August 24 No coverage from 12:00 AM–6:00 AM

All times are in Eastern Time (EST/EDT), depending on daylight saving time.

If Live Support is unavailable, you can still get assistance through the following channels:
