Dear Attendees,

 

Logging into the Virtual Space

 

Just like our attendees, you can gain access to the Virtual space to start engaging and participating in the same thing our attendees have access to. If this is your first time logging into the virtual space, you will enter your email address and create your password - if you have logged into an EventMobi virtual space, you will use the same password as previously entered.

EDIT YOUR PROFILE

Step 1: Click on the little person icon in the upper righthand corner of the event space

Step 2: Click Edit Profile 

Step 3: Update your picture 

Step 4: Enter any details that you might be missing from your profile and be sure to hit save!

 

SEND A MESSAGE 

Step 1: Click on on the attendee list and search/select a contact from the list.

Step 2: Click on Send a Message.

Step 3: If the person you’re messaging is not online they will receive an email notifying them that a message was sent. 

 

OPT OUT OF MESSAGING 

Note: If you don’t want to receive messages, please update your Preferences and disable Messaging & Meetings 

 

 

 

 

 

SCHEDULE A VIDEO CALL MEETING

Step 1: Click on on the attendee list and search/select a contact from the list.

Step 2: Click on Schedule a Meeting.

 

Step 3: Select a date and start and end time and check off video meeting

 

Step 4: Leave the location blank if you would like to use EventMobi’s video conferencing tool or add your own link to the invitation and click send invitation

 

Step 5: Meetings that have been accepted, will be made accessible to both parties from the Messages area or from your personal agenda (accessible in the top right hand corner of the screen)
