Admin Roles and Permission
You decide who can support you in building and maintaining the extended registration platform.

If you want to invite additional team members to work on the platform, contact your ESM or our Support Team and provide the following information: the role to be assigned, along with the team member’s first name, last name and email address.
Access Rights & Role Assignment:
- Admin - Full control over their profile and events.
- Attendee Manager - User has control over the data of attendees (for example. Reporting, updating, deleting, importing and exporting attendees information + statistic dashboard)
- E-mail Manager - Can create mailing campaigns (notifications, reminders, invitations), modify the text of automated email and resend confirmation and payment emails to registered attendees.
- Event/Profile Reporting - has limited control and access to the data of attendees (exporting and viewing only) + statistic dashboard
Note: Permissions are assigned per profile and not per event. The invitation will be sent within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
